This condominium is located on the 10th and 11th floors of an existing 112,000 square foot high-rise building. Interior demolition was covered under permit BLD02-00174. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a noncombustible mechanical loft supported by bearing walls, millwork, 45 minute doors, 45 minute windows, and interior finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
