Ref. plan modification received 2/26/2003 under BLD02-00199 which superceded this permit. .
2/28/03-made on site visit to evaluate FD access issues. Temporary FD vehicle access roadway has not been provided along the north side, as required per plan approval comments 1, 11 and 12. This is a code violation which needs to be rectified immediately. Discussed this with Brian, McAlvain Construction supt, during on my on-site visit; he will discuss with Brian Murphy. Also, phoned Mike Simmonds, architect, and advised him of my on-site visit this morning. Mike will get the responsible parties together to work out plans to get a temporary roadway installed and contact me on Monday to discuss their plans.

met onsite w/ Brian, Mcalvaine supt. & GS....foundation work is generally per the plans...work has proceeded to North/South Bulkheads....decking is just beginning. Advised Mcalvaine that substantial change (stopping project at bulkhead?...demarcation to "Water Center" foundation...) will require resubmittal & review. Add'l (civil/drainage) plans were to be resubmitted by Chad w/ B&A eng'g, informed Marlene he'd have to have review by Pub Wks. & Plbg...& letter assuming eng's duties.
