Description	this project is an extensive remodel/addition to an existing 1580s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. Work to include the relocation of the garage over head door to the adjacent perpendicular load bearing wall; the addition of 226s.f. to the main level family room and a total of 793s.f. 2nd story addition including a new stair. This project has been fully engineered per the engineering attached. There are to be added footings in the interior crawl area to support new bearing walls per this engineering. There are guardrails proposed using cable intermediate railings.The guardrail work is to be done per the Boise City policy for the Construction of Guardrails with Cable Intermediate Rails Policy dated November 20, 2000. The information to support the rail construction is to be submitted to the structural inspector prior to the framing inspection. Seperate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required. Smoke detectors per UBC 310.9 are required throughout. All per the approved plans as marked and attached engineering, engineering calculations and conditions list. pep
