###-#### PETE. Work in progress. vertical epoxied, horz rebar under hds, note told them to adjust hds as nessasary for shear walls. Note: This is a foundation left from burned house, The project should have been required to have a structural engineer to reveiw, and detail design. ###-#### Need to epoxy the rebar that is shown on the plans for existing to new concrete, also around the tall walls the plans show only 2 horiz bars and they have not been spaced appart the top bar is far from the top of wall,Due to the inadequate unscaled foundation plan designed by our office.
