Upon doing MIS Occupancy Permits for the three spaces, it was discovered that stairs have been constructed to the area above the storage rooms and restrooms in all three spaces and approved in field. Architect has provided small addendum sheets to provide in Records Dept. Floor framing was also changed to 2x10 D.F. at 24" o.c. A 3'-6" solid wall on the mezzanine levels acts as a guard.
