This dwelling shall require a Life Safety, Automatic Fire Sprinkler System, meeting the minimum design/installation requirements of NFPA 13D - 1999. Automatic sprinkler system fire flow alarm devise shall be interconnected to sound alarm notification appliances throughout the dwelling when a fire warning system (smoke detection) is required.
