ft insp- cal ###-#### Arived on site waiting for 1/2 the rebar to be delivered, no approved plans on site footing is not per plan, I have made (2) phone calls, got ahold of the engineer and he verbally said footing would be ok at 14" wide with (2) # 4 horizontals in the footing. Un-approved plans at the site, indicate a 20 " wide footing with (4) #4 bars horizontal. Have been on job site approximately 45 min to do a 5 min inspection also note the concrete truck is on site now.
