This project is for the demolition of an existing 1300s.f.+ single family dwelling leaving a 667s.f. basement and the addition of 1978s.f. including 667s.f. of replaced dwelling. The Structure is to be constructed using Precision Panel tm Under an ES report that is still in the tempory stages of development. The preliminary report number is PFC-6054 and is allowed for this project only, and this report is to be used with proper erection and connections to be verified by the engineer of record by a seperate special inspection agency approved for same inspections. This structure is fully engineered from the existing basement through the roof structure and must be done per the approved plans and attached engineering ; engineering details and calculations. R-1C setbacks ok per akt. Seperate electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ESC permits are required. pep
