(BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To expand an existing restaurant/bar on the first floor of a 25,970 square foot building into an existing adjacent area. The expansion area will have a 1,005 square foot first floor, 335 square foot basement, and a 324 square foot mezzanine. Work is to include concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, concrete pan deck, new stairway, cable guardrails, Type I hood and 1-hr shafts, a stone hearth oven, a "wine tower", and interior finishes all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
