(GARDNER LAW - HOUSE CONVERSION TO OFFICE) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To convert the basement and first floor of a 3,189 square foot house to a commercial use. The 962 square foot basement will be reduced to a maximum 300 square foot usable storage area (only on exit from the basement is provided). The entire 1,302 square foot 1st floor will be converted to an attorney's office.
