Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is considered part of the building to the south for exterior wall and opening protecton requirements. That building was built under permit BLD02-01461. Conference only with jim from steed, the schell needs an interior frame inspection prior to ve framing for tennant , went over this with steed as they are not doing the tennent improvement, did note some items for interior frame with jim at the shear inspections, a side wall strap was needed at the east wall and some anchor bolts at plate breaks.
