This permit is due to tthe issuance of the "Stop Work " order posted by inspector 225 on July 17,2002 for work in progress without proper required permits.The project is for the repair and enclosure of an existing 164s.f. legal non conforming storage cover attached to a 418s.f. detached garage that sets on the property line at the alley at the south end of the property and is 8" off the east property line. The project has been approved by plannin directr H Wayne Gibbs, of letter Dated 8/12/2002 and by Jeff Neberman per Jeff Neberman through DRH02-00130. Due to the size of the structure being over 400s.f. (568s.f.) a full foundation to frost depth is required for the new covered area. There are to be no roof overhangs on the south (alley) or the property line at the approved construction work in progress and no openings are allowed in the full 1-hour wall constructed at the east side. All per the approved plans as marked and attached approval letters. pep
