Construction to include reinforced concrete footings, foundations; CMU, solid grouted, reinforced screen walls and roof support wall structure; non-combustible roof system over electrical & pump rooms; a 'Class "A" Roof Covering System and non-bearing, non-combustible wall framing with sheetrock covering within the roofed areas. This is a new addition to an existing 4,680 sq. ft. structure. This building is declarted to be unsprinklered and will therefore be considered a separate facility from the other areas. I explained this to Tom Brophy and he said he would get with the contractor to provide correct application and C.V. values.

Call to Tom Brophy concerning need for separate applications and permits for two projects. Can use same plan for both but one facility is sprinklered and the other isn't and both are stand alone structure's.
