(SAWTOOTH MOUNTAIN GENTLEMAN'S CLUB) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel the main floor of an existing 7,300 square foot building (4,760 square foot first floor and 2,540 square foot basement) for the existing tenant. The main floor of this building will continue to be used as a bar/tavern with pool tables and bikini dancers. The basement will continue to be used as storage and offices. Work is to include elevated platforms, interior nonbearing walls, interior steps and handrails, a 1-hr floor infill at the old elevator opening, 1-hr grease duct shaft, and an exterior ramp accessible to the disabled all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The allowed occupant load capacity of the first floor (224) shall be posted on an approved sign near the main exit. **CJW**
