Called Tom Scofield to discuss breaking submitted project into two separate permits. The fourth floor project is a remodel of a small portion of an existing tenant and will require a letter of completion. The third floor project is a first time new tenant space being finished for the same tenant. Being new and on a different floor of the building this space will require a certificate of occupancy for this tenant use. The plans indicate that each floor will be done in phases and will require final approval for occupancy for each phase at different times. Tom will provide me with a new Certificate of Value for each project.
