Boise Convention Center (Structural Permit) - To construct the structural steel, metal deck, slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, CMU walls, and the under slab electrical and plumbing. This permit is for the above mentioned work only. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Additional permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. These plans were not reviewed for nonstructural code requirements. Any revisions required to this work, that may be identified during the nonstructural review for this building, is the responsibility of the owner or the owner's agent. The approval of this permit in no way guarantees the approval of future building permits. The owner and the owner's agents are doing this work at their own risk and responsibility. the piping underslab in the kitchen and food commissary areas is part of this permit, please provide a plan showing the piping the way it is to be installed on a plan that doesn't say "for referance only", provide a vented trap at the drain in the garbage area, the drain in the garbage area is 6",, so the piping through the grease interceptor and to the sewer connection must be 6". use upc to size hanger, provide isometeric drawings of the waste piping at the restrooms, are there any employee restrooms as indecated on table page A0-01?

Fire protection control room is not located near the the outside of this structure. No consederation provided for outside fire sprinkler supply control or outside access into a 1 hour fire rated sprinkler control room. Underground supply (fire line) is not clearly defined (meeting minimum code). 6" supply is shown traveling 60'-0" under this structure which will not meet NFPA requirements without special installation and construction considerations, not addressed or clarrified.

No hydrant location/s shown (must be in place prior to construction).
