Description	(STANDARD RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT - RACKING) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To install 405 lineal feet (45 - 9 foot sections) of steel storage racks (11 feet 4 inches tall, 9 feet long, 2 feet 10 inches deep) within the warehouse area of an appliance sales tenant space. Each column base shall have (2) 1/2" diameter by 3" embed threaded rod, drilled and epoxied with "Powerfast" per the engineer's design. The maximum allowed unit load per shelf is 50 pounds per square foot and the maximum allowed number of shelves is 4. The racks shall comply with 1997 UBC Section 2222 through Section 2229. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. The permit intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy is MIS02-00240. CJW
