This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible area will be maintained. Unless otherwise approved by the Boise City Fire Department, this structure shall be fitted with a 13D modified sprinkler system according to their listing requirements.
