(CORPORATE EXPRESS)(SUITE #108) Remodel for a 4,816 sq. ft. retail/office/warehouse tenant space in existing building. The remodel will reduce the existing tenant area from 9,621 sq.ft. to 4,816 sq.ft. and provide a new adjacent tenant area, Suite #107. This work being done in conjunction with the adjacent tenant work under BLD02-02618. Work to include a new one-hour rated tenant demising wall, structural modifications for a new exterior overhead door and opening in warehouse area, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. No racking exceeding 8 ft. in height is allowed under this permit. Special Inspection is required for structural field welding and Hilti Hit HY-150 epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. (PC#0689-02) JCB

There is currently storage on steel racks over 8' which per the approved plans and the fire dept. review notes is not allowed under this permit. Reduce storage hieght or submit for a racking permit
