There are some new as built details from engineer, which I do not have a copy of and a scaled down floor plan indicating some crossed out hold downs from engineer, I have now found a shear wall at the front that does not have a a means of connection, and due to the plans not indicating hold downs locations clearly enough several have been added. and the new as built details have connections which need to be made. I have posted a c/n for the project engineer to perform on site visit to also include myself and contractor so that he can verify compliance with as bult and plans.
