This project is for the completion of permit # BLD02-02485 that was for window wells in an existing basement. This project will add new walls as the floor plan of the basement will changs and for the relocation of misc interior non bearing partitions to allow for 3 bedrooms, a new fireplace and a 3/4/ bath are on the main floor and 1-bedroom and 1- bathroom in the basement. All window wells are to be per the ubc 310.4. R-2D ok per ajb. Seperate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical peermits are required. pep
