Received two copies of resubmittal sheets C1.3 and C1.4 without engineer's stamp and signature. Called John Maulin who had Ryan at CSHQA call me back. Asked Ryan to come by and pick up plans or send the engineer down to stamp/sign plans. Ryan stated that "It would cost alot of time and money to do this and after a conversation with Mr. Dailey that stamp/signature was not required for electrical. I informed Ryan that these were civil drawings and an engineer's stamp/signature was required on the drawings. Ryan told me that it would take a week since the engineer was in Washington. I asked him to come by and take care of the drawings so I can route to the appropriate departments.
