(NO TENANT) To remove the masonry construction (previously called a BBQ pit-oven, installed without permit) located on the east side of the building and to the south of the main building entrance, to include the support concrete pad. To install a new LVL header across the 11foot opening per engineering attached to plans with ends supported by Simpson 'ACE' anchors as noted; to infill below header with framing to match existing and finish the interior and exterior walls to match the existing finishes. To fill in hole at exterior left by pad removal with compacted materials. Existing 2,880 sq.ft. building is not to be occupied or used under this permit. To repair cracked concrete curb per Planning Div. requirements, CZC01-00203, Conditions of Approval item 'a'. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
