after furthur review, grading and drainage plans do not have design criteria submitted from Richard W. Reed (GeoE). Briggs engineering does not apply to this project. Merlin W. Phillips (ME) has stamped foundation plans but has not provided any calculations or sections for design. Beings that additional holdowns and larger footings are indicated, calculations will be required. Wall bracing calculations will also be required.
