Need to widen or get FD approval for non-standard width. Also, the furthest accessible point of vehicle access is the point of the right angle turn, due to inadequate radius and lack of turnaround at the end of driveway. The most remote area of house is within 150' along two direct lines from the furthest point of FD vehicle access. Need the architect to verify in writing that the terrain, fencing and landscaping will allow FD personnel access from the vehicle to the most reomote area of the house, along this direct route.
