The new walls will create 1200s.f. of usable space in the basement area. Perry, the rear of the house has to have add'l structure to "infill" the footprint...there was/is a large rear porch existing that the new foundation was poured to support. It leaves an area open to the exterior that will require structure over it. 4/22/2003 9:11:56 AM
