This is a pre-erected building (old Boise Cascade hanger) that is being disassembled and reconstructed on this site. This permit also includes the construction of a 1500 square foot mezzanine at the east end of the hanger building and to construct a new 3900 square foot metal building addition on the west end of the hanger building and to construct a 350 square foot breakroom/restroom at the southeast corner of the hanger building under the mezzanine.
