(THE ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY - 2ND FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To combine two tenant spaces into one 2,761 square foot tenant space. This tenant space is located on the 2nd floor of a 37,300 square foot, 3 story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, light switches, suspended ceilings, and finishes all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. An agreement to upgrade the existing restrooms to be accessible to the disabled by August 2004 was approved by the Building Official, Tim Hogland. **CJW**
