New glazing to meet current code and be double pane, to include remaining overhead doors with glass; R-30 Insulation in ceiling; R-5, 1" EPS insulation board on interior side of all exterior masonry walls (requires thermal barrier separation and flame spread rating less than or equal to 75 / smoke developement rating of 450 or less, all per chapter 26 IBC); and insulation / joint sealing of new duct work per section 803 IECC & sheet m1.0; nor new water heating service declared.
