At micron's request, I have modified the permit to reduce the area of the proposed project to 23,600 square feet from the original permitted area of 30,000 square feet. Micron has decided not to complete the 6400 square foot area originally approved under this permit. I given a copy of the request letter and a revised copy of the certificate of value to Linda Hartwell. JCM
