Work to include removing interior nonbearing walls, removing interior doors and windows, removing existing suspended ceiling and fixtures, removing interior floor finish, removing cabinets/sinks, and some electrical demolition. Existing vestibule, Men's and Women's restrooms, and the Mechanical room will remain. No new work is allowed under this permit. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate permits are required for any new work and for any tenants to occupy the building. Letter of Completion to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. JCB
