Failed due to one pool chemical (Trichloro-s-triazinetrione) in excess of allowable limits for a "Highly Toxic" material. Discussed with pool chemical supplier, Bill Crank, Swim Clean, SLC, (###-####). To avoid the problem he prefers to delete the use of this chemical and use only the Sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione granular material. He will send a letter to Pentalon Constuction, superceding his November 12, 2002 letter to them, indicating this change change and specifying that the toatal quantity of the Sodium dichloro material will not exceed 200 lbs. (the max allowable limit for this Cl 3 oxidizer for maint purposes). Hold plans for receipt of fax of this letter. No further review done.
