Visited job site to determine what changes will do to tenant spaces in basement and to north of this space on the first level based on records on hand. Discovered that the basement area and this northeast portion of the building has been demod down to wood structure throughout. The previous 1-hour corridor to the east side entry that will serve this new space has been removed and will not be a factor at this time. the main level is one large space with previous tenant walls removed entireley.
