The 1994 Uniform Code for Building Conservation (UCBC) shall be used to regulate this conversion. Work is to include a new 54 square foot entry vestibule, a new exterior stairway to serve the 2nd floor, a restroom accessible to the disabled, and an accessible route throughout the first floor all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file.
