I called Howard Briggs, Norco, to check on time frame for his plan submittals for tank installation & support equipment. Howard stated he would just as leave the project all permited under one permit. I explained that Larry of John Frazier Construction had ask that I issue a separate permit for his part only and that Norco was responsible for own permit. The plans have routed through zoning for the pad and the tanks and the plans and engineering include the tanks & support equipment. Howard said he would call Larry and ask that the permit include all the work of the project and Howard will provide a new C.V. to include electrical work.
