(OFFICE PAVILION) New 10,380 sq.ft. tenant space for warehouse/office use in existing building that was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City per approved plans on file. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, two new accessible restrooms, new steel canopies on the exterior and interior near the main entrance/exit, new exterior storefront windows in former overhead door opening, interior finish, some new suspended ceiling areas, new sinks, new counters/cabinets, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. Steel storage racking exceeding 8' in height will be provided in the space and will be submitted under a separate permit. Special Inspection is required for structural welding of steel and for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations for construction of the new steel canopies. The north wall of this tenant space is an existing one-hour rated fire barrier wall that separates this tenant from the adjacent repair tenant that was done under the 1997 UBC. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Nonseparated uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. (All S-1 and B occupancies within this building.)
