Work to include two new full height interior walls, providing a second exterior exit door, minor fire sprinkler work, and some electrical work. No storage racks exceeding 8 ft. in height in this space. All lighting and mechanical noted as existing. New light switching will be provided. Building Director Alternate Approval attached to allow no plumbing fixtures in the space since it is for overflow storage for a tenant located elsewhere and there will be no on-site employees. This Alternate Approval is not transferrable to any other tenant without additional approval. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Nonseparated uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
