(BRASSEY, WETHERELL, CRAWFORD & McCURDY, L.L.P.) This building is not fire sprinklered. To construct a 1,681 square foot 2 story addition to an existing 6,111 square foot historic building. After the addition, this building will have a 1,072 square foot basement, a 2,810 square foot 1st floor, a 2,710 square foot 2nd floor, and a 1,200 square foot 3rd floor (with a loft). The new addition will have a concrete footing and foundation system, insulated wood floor over a crawl space, wood stud walls with wood structural sheathing, and an engineered wood truss roof with wood structural decking. Two restrooms accessible to the disabled will be constructed on the 1st floor in the original portion of the building. A route accessible to the disabled will be provided to the 1st floor. The historic elements within the historic portion of this building are regulated by the 1994 Uniform Code for Building Conservation (UCBC).
