to go over mechanical issues,,, can not put supply to heat patio/upper floor joist for plumbing as asked by plumbing inspector,,, looked at framing, c/n posted but ok to insulate the walls only in unaffected areas,, also need all trades to sign off,, also existing stairways not per code but no big changes made except to gain more headroom,,, use is the same as before as single family w/ living areas on all floors 3/17/2004 4:22:22 PM
