Received copy of previously approved plans, Clarks Photograpy, from Marlene Southard who had discussed code issues with Larry Hanson. This was originally to be and MIS permit for use as-is by tenant. Larry came in to pick up MIS permit and we discussed that the tenantwanted to make interior changes by removing some of the existing walls and open up the floor area in retail & hair salon portion. We voided the MIS permit that had been prepared, MIS03-00144, and replaced with this BLD permit for remodel and to issue a certificate of occupancy upon approval of all required inspections.
