(PIAZZA DI VINO) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel a former restaurant for a new restaurant and retail sales art gallery tenant. This tenant space is located within an existing 2 story building having a first floor area of 6,000 square feet. This tenant space has a 656 square foot 1st floor and a 712 square foot 2nd floor. The 2nd floor will be used for display and retail sales of art and the 1st floor will be used as a restaurant with an accessory kitchen. The "basement" is classified as a crawl space and is NOT approved for occupancy, including storage. Work is to include millwork and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The occupant load of the 2nd floor (10) shall be posted on an approved sign at the top of the stairs.
