The east side is approximately 9,000 sq.ft. and the west side is approximately 6,900 sq.ft. construct a new 3 hour fire barrier wall around the storage areas in the back, installation of interior walls are being constructed to divide this building into four separate tenant spaces, replace existing roof framing with trusses where located on the approved plans, install new electrical wiring, mechanical system, suspended ceiling and new facade across the front of the building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. NOTE: This permit is for a VANILLA FINISH only. Inspection was actually a conference with the owner. We went over life/safety requirements which included door hardware, emergency lighting, exit signs, rated doors and smoke seals. Plan reviewer missed the exit discharge lighting so I notified the owner it would be require (plan reviewer verified this), also additional walls have been built in two of the tenant spaces.
