Met with tenant and walk-in cooler representative. They wanted to add a walk-in cooler to the project that was already submitted for review. $6,200 was added to the total project cost for the walk-in cooler and installation. Walk-in cooler information was provided and will be attached to plans. Cooler location will be red-lined on the basment plan.
