Mark Dooley caled me back in response to my phone call of 9/23/03. Stated that he had never had to provide certificate of values and break out for separate values for electrical & plumbing as part of totla value. I said this was standard proceedure and he needed to comply or I could request the C.V. from the architect if he wanted me to. Mark said he would provide the C.V.
