To remodel an existing 5,603 square foot retail sales tenant space for a new retail tenant. A new 6'-4" wide opening will be created in an existing exterior masonry wall. Steel columns and lintels will be installed at the opening. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, a new exterior door with sidelites, a new exterior overhead door, a new interior/exterior ramp for freight, and an new exterior ramp and landing accessible to the disabled all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
