Selective demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include new core restrooms in the basement and on the 2nd floor, a wheelchair lift, a new 8th Street entrance, new Broad Street entrances, exterior wall finishes for the North wall, new elevated concrete terrace, and an expanded roof structure all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department.
