Work to includes removal of interior stairway to the second floor, separate second floor hallway from the lobby area, remove exterior vestibule on the north side, add a new exterior concrete ramp and railing for new entry. An upgrade agreement has been approved to install a complete fire sprinkler system per IBC Section 903.3.1.1 in this building within 2 years in order for this building to be classified as a nonrated building and meet exit travel distance requirements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Separates permits and plans must be submitted for review prior to installaing the fire sprinkler system. MJP
