This space is located on the first floor (central East side) of an existing 34,700 square foot, 3 story building. Interior nonstructural demolition was covered under permit BLD03-02669. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior landing at an exterior door, floor infill, new (Type I) grease hood and duct, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
