Space will be reconstructed to the original approved "vanilla finish" plans. When work is complete, a fire life/safety inspection to be done to allow occupancy for a new office tenant. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Fire damage to the adjacent tenant is being done under a separate permit BLD03-02842.
