Description	(EAGLES CENTER - 1ST FLOOR INFILL AND PARTIAL 2ND FLOOR DEMOLITION) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. To construct a 271 square foot floor infill on the 1st floor. Work on the 1st floor is to include 2x10 floor joists, OSB floor sheathing, joists hangers, interior nonbearing walls, and a staggered stud interior nonbearing wall. Also, to demolish 309 square feet of the 2nd floor. Work on the 2nd floor is to include a new steel floor beam, an interior nonbearing wall, interior windows, a new egress door in the existing masonry stair enclosure, and a wall infill in the existing masonry stair enclosure. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW
